Individual support
My goal is to share, accompany people and achieve their physical, mental and emotional well-being, for their own benefit and that of their environment, since personal balance is reflected in oneself and in others. To do this, we will use the following tools, individually or together, depending on how we assess your personal circumstances.
Ontological coaching
I help you gradually discover and process those thoughts that prevent you from moving forward fully.
Mindfulness Meditation
Different techniques that will help us focus our attention and learn to listen to ourselves.
Yoga
Postures and exercises tailored to your circumstances to help you improve your physical condition.
Breathing
Through conscious breathing observation, you learn to be present and calm your mind.
Group support
As with individual coaching, we will propose one or more combined approaches. We learn to manage emotions through mindfulness and conscious breathing, achieving a noticeable reduction in stress, anxiety, fatigue and insomnia. This encourages more positive attitudes, which increases creativity and performance. Yoga allows us to relieve muscle tension and back pain, and correct poor posture. We can practise with a chair or on a mat, depending on the circumstances of each company in terms of available time and space.
Meetings for growth
Conferences that connect with personal growth and wellbeing. An invitation to reflect, share and discover new ways to move forward. A moment to reconnect with yourself and with the meaning of what we do.
Yoga for all
Adapted and accessible sessions, with the option of using a chair or mat. Focused on correcting postural tendencies and relieving tension caused by poor posture. Workshops or regular classes.
